Four new restaurants are set to open on the Las Vegas Strip by the end of 2019, Diablo’s Cantina at the Mirage Hotel & Casino, International Woodfired Smoke at the MGM Grand Resort & Casino, Majordōmo Meat & Fish and Tasty Patties. Hot Chips. Cold Beer, both at the Palazzo Resort & Casino.
All the construction walls have been removed at these four new restaurants and staff are putting on the final touches. Sneak peak photos are posted below.
Diablo’s Cantina at the Mirage
The Mirage Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip closed LVB Burger & Bar on Sunday November 24th. It will be replaced with Diablo’s Cantina. This new restaurant is scheduled to open the last week of December.
The original Diablo’s Cantina was located in the front of the Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino, now Park MGM. That was torn down. There is currently a Diablo’s Cantina at the Luxor Hotel & Casino. This new Mirage location will be open for Lunch and Dinner. The Mirage Hotel & Casino is owned by MGM Resorts International.

International Woodfired Smoke at the MGM Grand
Michael Mina closed Pub 1842 at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip to make room for a local incarnation of International Woodfired Smoke, opening this month. It will feature steaks, seafood, ribs and other dishes. It is located in The District at the MGM Grand.
Mina operates over 40 restaurants in the U.S. and Dubai, including Michael Mina at Bellagio, Bardot Brasserie at Aria and StripSteak at Mandalay Bay. The MGM Grand Resort is owned by MGM Resorts International.

Majordōmo Meat & Fish at the Palazzo Resort & Casino
David Chang, the chef behind Momofuku at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas along with the Netflix series “Ugly Delicious” and more than a dozen restaurants spanning from New York to Los Angeles, plans to open a second restaurant in Las Vegas – Majordōmo Meat & Fish.
Majordomo Meat & Fish is scheduled to open December 30th in the space that previously held Carnevino. The Palazzo Resort & Casino is owned by the Las Vegas Sands Corporation.

“Tasty Patties. Hot Chips. Cold Beer” at the Palazzo
Chef David Chang has announced a casual restaurant concept that will accompany his new Majordomo Meat & Fish at Palazzo Resort & Casino. It is located in a sister restaurant “next door” to Majordomo Meat & Fish.
The official name was not released, but it looks like “Tasty patties. Hot chips. Cold beer.” The Palazzo Resort & Casino is owned by the Las Vegas Sands Corporation.
