Restaurant Changes at Venetian, STRAT, Golden Nugget, Plaza, TI, Wynn – PHOTOS

There were several restaurant changes on the Las Vegas Strip and in Downtown Las Vegas recently.

Palazzo & Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian

Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro will not reopen at the Palazzo in the Venetian Resort & Casino.  At the Grand Canal Shoppes in the Venetian two new dining and entertainment options will be opening soon. Kamu Karaoke will have 40 private luxury suites and 6 VIP suites. It will feature bottle service and food from chef Chris Oh. Also, the Original Donut Bar will be opening soon.

STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod

PT’s Wings & Sports replaced Blvd & Main at the STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod. From Golden Entertainment: At the crossroads of microbrews and macro flavors you will find PT’s Wings & Sports, taking pub fare to a new level with iconic burgers and over-the-top creations. Quench your thirst with your choice of two dozen craft beers on tap, including our house brew, Jaywalker. Enjoy keg quality beer at your table with one of our growlers. Catch the games on our LED wall or any of our HDTVs, keep tabs on multiple games or one game for major sporting events. 

Golden Nugget Las Vegas

Saltgrass Steak House at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas is ready to open. It is located in the former location of the Grotto Italian Ristorante that moved to the Carson Tower. Also, The Buffet at the Golden Nugget is permanently closed.

Plaza Hotel & Casino

Brightside Breakfast & Burgers at the Plaza Hotel & Casino has permanently closed and is now boarded up. Also at the Plaza, Ori’Zaba’s Scratch Mexican Grill lost their lease and was replaced with Fresh Mexican Grill.

Treasure Island

The Corner Market Buffet at Treasure Island Resort & Casino has permanently closed and is boarded up. They will be moving the Race & Sports Book into this space.

Encore at Wynn Las Vegas

Elio at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas was ready to open right before the COVID-19 shutdown.  It will be opening soon.  From Wynn Las Vegas: Inspired by Mexico’s rich heritage of celebratory food and gatherings, Chef Daniela Soto-Innes, Enrique Olvera and Santiago Perez bring their much anticipated contemporary Mexican restaurant Elio to Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.
