The Palazzo Resort & Casino opened in December 2007 and it has 3,068 suites and 375 concierge-level suites. The hotel and casino have an Italian Renaissance ambiance. This is one of the nicest resorts in Las Vegas with a great pool complex.
On February 23, 2022 Apollo Global Management Inc. became the operator of The Venetian, Palazzo and The Venetian Convention & Expo Center. The Venetian and Palazzo are affiliated with World of Hyatt.
The casino has over 105,000-square-feet of gaming space with all the latest slot and video poker machines. The casino pit has all the popular table games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Caribbean Stud Poker, Crazy 4 Poker, Let It Ride Stud Poker and more. This casino is usually less crowded than the Venetian Resort & Casino (sister property).
The 15,000-square-foot High-Limit Gaming Lounge opened in October 2023, and features 67 of the latest slot machines and many table games. It offers a comfortable retreat from the Palazzo’s main casino floor. The space was designed with the most discriminating premium player in mind. Their loyalty program is Venetian Rewards.
In the past you could place sports bets inside Lagasse’s Stadium, which closed in March 2020. You can currently place bets inside the Palazzo casino at a William Hill Betting Kiosk. The 50-table Poker Room opened in August 2024 and is the largest in Las Vegas.

There are four bars and lounges inside the Palazzo. Bar LUCA, Electra Cocktail Club, Rosina Cocktail Bar and the High-Limit Gaming Lounge. The Palazzo Theater seats 607-guests and has many different shows throughout the year.
There are indoor walkways from the Palazzo to the Venetian and The Venetian Convention & Expo Center, which is one of the largest convention centers in the world.
You can also walk from the Palazzo to Sphere, that is a sphere-shaped music and entertainment arena. The 18,600-seat auditorium opened on September 29, 2023 with U2:UV Achtung Baby Live at Sphere. It is the largest spherical building in the world at 875,000-square-feet.
The 875,000-square-foot, Grand Canal Shoppes is an upscale shopping mall with over 200 stores and restaurants. It has a recreation of St. Mark’s Square and much more.
Fun Fact: The Palazzo is 50 stories tall. There are no 4th, 13th, or 14th floors. It is the third tallest building in Nevada at 642 feet. The STRAT is considered a tower. The tallest building is Fontainebleau, followed by Resorts World.
