Longhorn Casino & Hotel opened January 1, 1989, on the Boulder Strip. It is located 5.6 miles from Harry Reid International Airport and 8 miles from the center of the Las Vegas Strip. Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall is located directly across the street. Their slogan is “Your Vintage Vegas Destination”.
