This Uniquely Vegas covers the newest mixed-use community in Las Vegas – UnCommons. The development includes restaurants, The Sundry (food hall), bars, retail vendors, office space and a collection of residential apartment homes.
UnCommons is located off the 215 beltway in the southwest portion of the Las Vegas valley, directly across from the brand new Durango Casino & Resort.
It currently has 24 dining spots that are open, with 3 more coming. You can dine at The Sundry indoors or outdoors. Also coming soon will be a state-of-the-art luxury movie theater, fitness center and more.
The Assembly is a 5,000 square-foot contemporary venue for meetings and events. It is designed to suit meetings as small as 10 and groups as large as 200.
