Celebrated chef, restaurateur and cultural icon Wolfgang Puck is set to introduce a new experience to Las Vegas with the opening of Caramá, showcasing his great love for his mother, a chef, who taught him the importance of using the finest ingredients and sharing them with friends and family. Showcasing the cuisine of Italy, the restaurant will take over the Lupo space at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and reopen its doors very soon.
“Caramá will transform the expected into something entirely new. Guests can anticipate a culinary experience that will be nothing short of extraordinary,” said Wolfgang Puck. “Growing up on the border of Italy, I experienced first-hand, the cuisine of all the neighboring regions, embracing their textures, sounds, smells, and flavors. Caramá will take you on such a memorable culinary journey.”
Guests will indulge in menu items from all regions of Italy as well as many of Wolfgang’s personal favorites. Under the guidance of restaurateur and wine expert Piero Selvaggio, the extensive wine list will allow guests to sample bottles from some of the most famous vineyards, delighting the palate with vintages that will take over hearts and minds and complement the culinary delights.
