The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX will take place November 16-18, 2023. Construction of the track continues, including adding double crash barriers, more grandstands & viewing decks and more.

They have also caged in the pedestrian bridges crossing the Las Vegas Strip with window coverings, netting, bars and lighting for safety and so you cannot congregate and watch the race.

Top photo was taken of the grandstand and the new double crash barriers that were added in front of The Mirage Resort & Casino this week.

This F1 race preparation has caused traffic nightmares on and around the Strip for many months for both tourists and locals. RTC Bus transportation has been terrible. Many diverted routes and bus stops closed or removed.

Good luck to Formula 1 and Las Vegas. If this returns next year, hopefully it is more organized.
