On May 20, the Plaza Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas opened Carousel Bar & Lounge. It is a circular merry-go-round themed bar located under the Main Street dome, where Oscars Steakhouse valet once was. The official grand opening is planned for June 10.
Also on June 10, Pinkbox Doughnuts will open a location next to Carousel Bar that will serve their famed donuts, along with alcoholic milkshakes and other adult creations.
On the opposite side of Pinkbox will be an expanded, smoke-free casino floor. A partnership with slot machine influencer Brian Christopher, the expanded section will “house all of my favorite games and all the games my followers adore,” Brian said during a press conference last year.
The final addition will be a patio at Oscar’s Steakhouse overlooking the neighboring Circa Resort and the Fremont Street Experience.
