The Pass Casino is located on Water Street in downtown Henderson, Nevada. It opened in 1961, as the Wheel Casino. From 1962-2021 it was known as the Eldorado Casino.
The Pass Casino opened on April 1, 2021, after a $7 million renovation. It is owned by DeSimone Gaming, the same operator as Railroad Pass Hotel & Casino, also in Henderson (near Boulder City).
In February 2023, construction started on a 90-room Atwell Suites hotel, being built on the property. It is a partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts.
They have over 17,000 square-feet of gaming space with 350 slot and video poker machines. The 6-table casino pit has Blackjack, Roulette and Craps. They also have a Circa Sports Book. They use the Player’s Junction Club card, that is also used at the Railroad Pass Hotel & Casino.
The Pass Casino has two very good dining options:

- Ristorante Italiano (Italian)
Bars and lounges include, The Pass Sports Bar, next to the Circa Sports Book and The Silver Bar that is open 24/7 and features live entertainment on select days.
Fun Fact: When Boyd Gaming operated the Eldorado (now The Pass Casino) they used this casino as a training ground for new executives, because its small size required a hands-on management approach.
