The Pass Casino is located on Water Street in downtown Henderson, Nevada, 16-miles from the Las Vegas Strip and 12½-miles from Harry Reid International Airport. It caters to Las Vegas “locals”.
It opened in 1961, as the Wheel Casino, and from 1962-2021 it was known as the Eldorado Casino. It was rebranded The Pass Casino on April 1, 2021, after a $7 million renovation.
Atwell Suites at The Pass anchors the ongoing redevelopment of the city’s Water Street district. The hotel has 90 guest suites on 6-floors that measure 340-462 square-feet. Each room comes with a wet bar, work desk, microwave, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, free Wi-Fi and a 55-inch TV.
Hotel amenities include, free daily breakfast, outdoor pool that is open seasonally, fitness center and business center.
They have over 17,000 square-feet of gaming space with 350 slot, keno and video poker machines. They also have a Boomer’s Sportsbook.
The Pass Casino and Railroad Pass Hotel & Casino (sister property) are both owned by DeSimone Gaming and use the Player’s Junction loyalty card.

Fun Fact: When Boyd Gaming operated the Eldorado (now The Pass Casino) they used this casino as a training ground for new executives, because its small size required a hands-on management approach.
