Permit paperwork was recently submitted to Clark County showing plans for a Rockwood Music Hall project at the Grand Bazaar Shops, in front of the Horseshoe Hotel & Casino (former Bally’s).
Perhaps it will take over the former Redneck Riviera space that has been vacant for several years?
