On Monday, December 19 Proper Eats Food Hall will open to the public at the ARIA Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. It appears all 10 eateries are ready to open. On Saturday, December 17 they were doing a soft opening for employees.
This new food hall was formerly the ARIA Buffet, that never reopened after the pandemic. Construction started in September on the 24,000 square-foot space. We did not have access to get photos of each new eatery, but we will return on Monday camera in hand. MGM Resorts International did a fantastic job, it looks great.
