In September 2022, it was announced that Aria Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip would convert the former buffet space into a food hall. Only four restaurants were announced at that time.
The Proper Eats Food Hall official website is currently listing seven restaurants. VegasChanges.com has found the twelve restaurants and bars that are scheduled to open in December 2022 in the 24,000 square-foot space.
