  1. failed#7 Who remembers America West Airlines? As a kid we use to fly from DEN to PHX, change planes and then fly to LAS. The last time I flew America West after I had moved to Las Vegas I flew LAS-PHX, changed planes then PHX-COS-DEN. I truly miss America West but after that it’s direct flights only for me!
