One new restaurant at Paris Las Vegas has opened and another removed their construction walls. Bellagio boards up a restaurant.
NOBU at Paris Las Vegas Removes Construction Walls
The construction walls were removed this week at NOBU in Paris Las Vegas. The restaurant is currently blocked with black curtains. NOBU is taking the space of the former Lucky 88 and Sushi Street restaurants.
They did a fantastic job on this project. NOBU also has locations at Caesars Palace and Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas. The official opening date for the location in Paris has not been announced, but it looks almost finished. They just need to add tables and chairs.
Bobby’s Burgers Opens at Paris Las Vegas
The third Las Vegas location of Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay opened this week inside Paris Resort & Casino. The other locations are at Caesars Palace and Harrah’s Las Vegas. The new location is located on the walk from Paris to Bally’s next to NOBU.
Fix Restaurant & Bar at Bellagio has been boarded up
This past week Fix Restaurant & Bar at the Bellagio Resort & Casino has been boarded up with black construction walls.
Fix closed March 19, 2020, when Governor Steve Sisolak imposed a mandatory closure of nonessential businesses including casinos, resorts, restaurants, and bars due to Covid-19. It has remain closed since, except for overflow seating during select sporting events when social distancing was mandated.
It has not been announced by MGM Resorts International (operator of the Bellagio) what will take over the Fix Restaurant & Bar space.
