LAS VEGAS (Sept. 2, 2021) – Beginning Friday, Sept. 3, Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace welcomes back its extravagant weekend brunch. Since its successful reopening in May, the world-renowned buffet has seen a record number of guest reservations eager to enjoy its multi-million-dollar enhancement and 100 new dishes. With the return of brunch, Bacchanal will showcase even more culinary art, including interesting takes on brunch staples, as well as unique dishes sure to impress the masses.

Bacchanal’s brunch offerings include all-new sweet and savory stations featuring a contrast of traditional and unique dishes, such as:

  • Pancake and Waffle Bar: This station is a Las Vegas Strip buffet first, offering classic options as well as unique variations of sweet breakfast favorites like red velvet waffles, birthday cake pancakes, green tea pancakes and vanilla French toast. Once guests choose their base, they can head over to the interactive action station and select different toppings and sauces to complement their waffles or pancakes. Topping and sauce options include Lilikoi syrup, Cajeta (Mexican caramel sauce), Nutella, whipped cream, marshmallow cream, banana compote, fresh berries, chocolate chips, rainbow sprinkles, mini marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs and more.
  • Egg and Omelet Bar: Guests can build their own omelet with a variety of topping options such as sausage, ham, bacon, seasonal vegetables, cheddar, swiss, and pepper jack cheeses or simply request eggs cooked any style.
  • Meat Carving Station: The buffet’s over-the-top meat carving station will offer slab bacon, honey-glazed ham, Portuguese sausage, chicken apple sausage, grilled tri-tip, smoked brisket, rotisserie chicken and turkey.

In addition to the elaborate brunch stations, guests can also stack their plates with several hot and cold brunch dishes, such as:

  • Hot brunch offerings include:
    • Individually plated mini dishes like truffle mushroom egg bites, crab Florentine benedict, loaded tater tots, baby loco moco, corned beef benedict, black bean sope (vegetarian) and huevos divorciados.
    • Family-style, plant-based items, such as tofu scramble, plant-based sausages and Soyrizo hash.
    • Family-style crowd favorites like Denver scrambled eggs, corned beef hash, hash browns, thick-cut bacon, chicken fried steak with country gravy and biscuits, and re-imagined hot cereals.
  • Cold brunch offerings include:
    • Bacchanal brunch will feature an impressive smoked salmon and smoked whitefish display – complete with condiments like cream cheese, sliced red onions and tomatoes, capers, egg mimosas, cornichons – and a shrimp cocktail display.
    • Blueberry lemon parfait, raspberry chia seed parfait and an acai bowl with assorted seasonal fruits.
    • Smoothie flavors such as pitaya (dragon fruit), pineapple turmeric and an all-green smoothie.
    • A “spam musubi,” and a Tamago “sweet omelet” nigiri.

Bacchanal Buffet’s pricing for brunch and dinner are as follows:

  • Monday through Thursday:
    • Dinner – $74.99 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Friday through Sunday:
    • Brunch – $54.99 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
    • Dinner – $74.99 from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The buffet will be open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Bacchanal is now accepting reservations on OpenTable.com and walk-ins throughout the day.
