A 12,564 sq. ft. Olive Garden has been built in the Showcase Mall on the Las Vegas Strip. It is on the third floor above Target with a maximum occupancy of 413. It features floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the Park MGM Resort & Casino across the street and the Las Vegas Strip.
It is scheduled to open at 11am on August 2. They are now hiring for all positions. Interviews are taking place at 3767 Las Vegas Boulevard S. The site stands on the original home of the Smith & Wollensky Steakhouse, that relocated to the Grand Canal Shoppes.
Olive Garden started in 1982 and has expanded to over 800 global locations. Olive Garden’s current owner Darden Restaurants also operates fellow Strip restaurants The Capital Grille at Fashion Show Mall and Yard House on the Linq Promenade, plus Bahama Breeze at the Hughes Center.
This will be a goldmine with unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. They also have great Italian salad dressing. Good luck in this great Strip location.
