Las Vegas at McCarran International Airport tied the all-time record highest temperature of 117°F at 5:12 p.m. on Saturday July 10, 2021.

Today, for only the fifth time in Las Vegas history, the city has reached 117°F. This matches June 20, 2017; June 30, 2013; July 19, 2005 and July 24, 1942.

Laughlin got to 122°F and Death Valley hit 126°F. Stay safe and well hydrated.
