Bāng Bar by Momofuku

Bāng Bar by Momofuku opened April 1st in the Block 16 Urban Food Hall at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. It is a quick spot to grab freshly griddled flatbread sandwiches and rice bowls. Chef David Chang put an Asian-accented spin on spit-roasted meats and sides. Signature Dishes include:

• The U Wrap | Your choice of spit-roasted meat wrapped in our freshly made Bāng flatbread
• Fold-Up Wrap | Your choice of spit-roasted meat in a clamshell of freshly made Bāng flatbread
• Rice Bowl | Your choice of spit-roasted meat over rice with pickled onion and Bāng sauce

Cereal Killerz

Cereal Killerz will open a brand new location on April 3 in the Miracle Mile Shops at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. This will be the first location on the Las Vegas Strip. From Cereal Killerz:

P.F. Chang’s has completed a multi-million dollar remodel of their location at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. It will open at noon on April 14.
