Bacchanal Buffet Remodel at Caesars Palace

Buddy V’s at the Palazzo Receiving a Full Remodel
Cake Boss Buddy Valastro closed his Italian restaurant at the Palazzo on June 22 to go through a major renovation. These renovations were previously scheduled to take place during the summer months. The X Pot in Palazzo is finally “almost” ready to open
Xiang Hot Pot was founded in 2003 in Flushing, New York. The restaurant has been serving a hot pot experience unlike any other. They operate on three core values: “Quality first”, “Customer first”, and “Healthy and happy”. Accordingly, their wide range of spices and sauces cater to even the most adventurous diners.
They were planning to open The X Pot in the summer of 2019 in the Grand Canal Shoppes, near the Palazzo Resort & Casino. Maybe summer 2020? It looks ready to go, hidden behind curtains. Photos taken July 19, 2020.
Lagasse’s Stadium on the Las Vegas Strip closed for good
Lagasse’s Stadium at the Palazzo Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip, which had been temporarily closed since the COVID-19 shutdown, will not reopen. A representative of The Venetian and Palazzo confirmed Monday that the closure is permanent but offered no other information on the decision.
Celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse took over the sports bar/restaurant after the closure of the short-lived Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club in the same space. Lagasse continues to operate Delmonico Steakhouse at The Venetian and Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House at the MGM Grand.
