There is a shakeup taking place at the Aria Resort & Casino, on the Las Vegas Strip.  The Aria Cafe closed this weekend, to be replaced with Din Tai Fung, that will open in the summer of 2020.  They are famous for their steamed dumplings and noodles.

Salt & Ivy Cafe and Patio Bar was very busy on Monday, February 3rd. It replaced Herringbone, that closed on February 1st.  They feature a menu of California coastal-inspired dishes and specialty cocktails. Menu is posted below.  They are open daily for breakfast from 6 to 11am, lunch from 11am to 3pm, small bites from 3 to 5:30pm, and dinner from 5:30 to 10pm.

The Aria Resort & Casino is owned by MGM Resorts International.
