The new Grotto Italian Ristorante at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas will open January 20th. Lillie’s Asian Cuisine was formally in this space. The space that formally housed the Grotto is boarded up and will be turned into Saltgrass Steak House. It is scheduled to open this spring.
The new Grotto is much smaller than the former location and will now only be open for dinner. The new location is near the Carson Tower and it looks nice. It will be open Sunday to Thursday 5pm to 11pm and Friday and Saturday 5pm to Midnight. The Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino is owned by Landrys Inc.
