Ambra Italian Kitchen + Bar is set to open at the MGM Grand Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. It is scheduled to open by the end of August. It is replacing the former Fiamma Italian Restaurant that opened in 2004, and closed in early 2019. On August 16th the front of the restaurant was covered by curtains and they were putting the final touches on the inside.
It is located in The District, across from Morimoto Las Vegas and a short distance from Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak and Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House. Ambra Italian Kitchen + Bar seats 392 guests in a 7,500-square foot space. It looks great. Sneak peak photos posted below.
