Southern California’s Water Grill opened to the public on Wednesday July 17th on the Las Vegas Strip. It is located in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace in the former Spago space, that has been vacant since January 2018. Water Grill spent over $9 million to overhaul the 14,000 square-foot space.
They have a 360-degree copper topped bar, world class interactive oyster bar and live shellfish tanks. Water Grill is an excellent place to enjoy great seafood. They are open Sunday to Thursday from 11am to 11pm and Friday and Saturday from 11am to Midnight.
Water Grill has locations in Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, San Diego and Orange County, California and Dallas, Texas. The first location opened in 1989 in Downtown Los Angeles.
Water Grill is owned by King’s Seafood Company. Caesars Palace is owned by Caesars Entertainment. The Forum Shops are owned by Simon Property Group.
