Trustworthy Brewing Co. in the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian and Palazzo Resorts should be open within the next few weeks The construction walls are still in place, but we have some behind the scenes photos.
It is set to create inspirational beers that are both exciting and fun to drink. They will provide guests with a welcoming and educational taproom experience and will offer the freshest beers that are brewed in a consistent and trustworthy manner.
Trustworthy Brewing Co. is from Burbank, California and they were formally called Verdugo West Brewing Co. Head Brewer Chris Walowski will continue brewing the same top caliber beers they have come to be known for. Trustworthy Brewing Co. will operate on the original eight core values: Quality, Education, Passion, Fun, Humility, Genuine, Accountability and Responsibility.
The Venetian & Palazzo Resorts and the Grand Canal Shoppes are owned by Las Vegas Sands Corporation.
