Rampart Casino at the JW Marriott Resort & Spa in Summerlin opened in 1999. It caters to Las Vegas “locals” and is located approximately 11 miles from the north Las Vegas Strip. The casino is not owned by the hotel and is not part of the JW Marriott system.
This luxury resort has 548 rooms and 77 suites. They have the very popular Spa Aquae, wedding chapel and over 100,000 square-feet of meeting space.
Rampart Casino has 57,610 square-feet of gaming space with over 1,400 slot, keno and video poker machines. The casino pit has 30 table games, including Double Deck Blackjack, Craps with 10X odds, Baccarat, Roulette, Texas Hold ’em and more. They also have a Race & Sports Book and Bingo Hall. They use the Rampart Rewards Card in the casino.

Fun Fact: The casino opened as the Regent Casino, and quickly changed names to the Rampart.
Tip: If you have any mobility issues, be sure to use valet parking or self park in the garage. Self parking at the Rampart Casino is not the best if you park outside (It is on a hill).
