Rampart Casino at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort in Summerlin opened in 1999. It caters to Las Vegas “locals”. The casino is not owned by the hotel and is not part of the JW Marriott system. The hotel has 548 rooms and 77 suites. They have a very nice pool complex.
The casino opened as the Regent Casino, and quickly changed names to the Rampart. The casino has 50,000 square feet of gaming space with over 1,200 slot and video poker machines, 22 table games, including Blackjack, Craps with 10X odds, Baccarat, Roulette, Crazy 4 Poker and Texas Hold ’em. They also have a Race & Sports Book and Bingo. They use the Rampart Rewards Card in the casino.
