The Bellagio Patisserie added a new chocolate display of the Vegas Golden Knights goalie Marc-Andre Fleury the week of April 10th. It was crafted by the Bellagio Master Chocolatier in honor of the Vegas Golden Knights.
The Vegas Golden Knights are an expansion team of the National Hockey League. They made the playoffs, and they are the first team in NHL to have started their inaugural season winning eight of their first nine games .
The ingredients include in this sculpture include:
20 pounds of Rice Krispy
90 pounds of Chocolate
20 pounds of Fondant
5 pounds of Sugar Paper
This chocolate statue of Fleury is a very unique piece of artwork. It is life size. Great job MGM International, owner of the Bellagio Resort and Casino.
