Dave’s Hot Chicken Coming to the Las Vegas Strip
Dave’s Hot Chicken is heading to the Grand Bazaar Shops in front of Bally’s. It replaces Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken. It is scheduled to open Friday.
SBE Hospitality’s S Bar to open at Mandalay Bay December 31
The S Bar is in the former Red Square space. The construction walls were still in place December 25. Reservations are being taken for New Year’s Eve.

Chica at the Venetian Completes Remodel
After being closed for several months for a remodel, Chica at the Venetian is ready to reopen for the new year.
Raising Cane’s Coming to the Las Vegas Strip
Raising Cane’s is being built in the Showcase Mall on the Las Vegas Strip next to the T-Mobile store and the MGM Grand Resort & Casino.
Construction Continues on Project 63 on the Las Vegas Strip
Project 63 is being built in CityCenter on the corner of Las Vegas Blvd and Harmon Ave. It will have several stores, restaurants and bars. It is scheduled to open Fall 2022.
Former RHUMBAR at The Mirage Update
The former RHUMBAR at The Mirage Hotel & Casino has almost completed its remodel and rebranding. The new name of this lounge has not been announced. It looks very nice.
Construction Continues on Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux at Harrah’s
It is in the former Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill space on the walk from the casino to the parking garage and Monorail station.
“Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro to Open Boss Café at The Linq
Construction has not started, but some restaurant equipment has arrived. It is scheduled to open in early 2022.
The STRAT Installing a Large Chandelier in Casino
The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod are installing a large chandelier in the casino. Costruction walls remain in place.
Construction Continues on Villa Azur Restaurant & Lounge
It is being built in The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort & Casino.
MSG Sphere Construction Continues
Street Food being sold on the Las Vegas Strip
It started with bottled water, soda, beer and now fajitas and other street food. This was near the MGM Grand. Sales were very good when I passed by. Where is the Health Department?
Crazy Long Line to Check-In at Treasure Island Monday
At 9:20pm Monday December 27 the line to check-in stretched all the way from Phil’s Steakhouse to the hotel lobby.
