“Scale The STRAT” Tower Climb Returns for 17th Year in Las Vegas

The American Lung Association in Nevada’s signature Fight For Air Climb, Scale The STRAT, is scheduled for Sunday, February 21, 2027. Participants who register early will receive the lowest registration fee of the year!

Scale The STRAT attracts hundreds of stair climbers, lung disease survivors and their loved ones, lung health advocates and athletes seeking to conquer all 108 floors of the iconic The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower.

“Scale The STRAT isn’t just a bucket-list challenge, it’s one of the biggest engines we have for funding lung health in Nevada,” said Deborah Thompson, executive director of the American Lung Association in Nevada. “The dollars climbers raise go straight into research, education and clean air advocacy that changes outcomes for people living with lung disease right here in our community.”

Those planning to accept the challenge of the 1,455-step challenge are highly encouraged to register early and take advantage of the lowest registration fee of the entire year – just $15 per climber – in addition to the $200 fundraising minimum. The $15 registration cost is available for a limited time. Registration is now open at scalethestrat.org.

Climbers must be 18 or older by event day to participate. To learn more visit scalethestrat.org or email NevadaEvents@lung.org.
