New Restaurant, STG Bar & Grill Opens at Sam’s Town Las Vegas

Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall today announced the debut of STG Bar & Grill, an all-new eatery experience offering an eclectic mix of classic American dishes served in a warm, modern environment.

The new venue features a blend of rustic, neutral finishes with contemporary architectural elements. Herringbone wood floors, brick walls and corten steel paneling establish an industrial‑chic foundation, while a custom steel and concrete decorative screen with linear light accents anchors the center of the room. Luxe crystal chandeliers suspended above half‑round oversized booths add a refined contrast, completing the eclectic yet upscale look. In addition to being a full-service restaurant with a vibrant social atmosphere, STG Bar & Grill also features a 14-seat private dining room and 21-seat bar.

STG Bar & Grill’s menu highlights a wide range of breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. Morning offerings include comforting favorites such as the loaded oatmeal with fresh berries, granola, half & half and brown sugar, and a warm cinnamon roll topped with cream cheese icing. Guests can also enjoy heartier dishes like heuvos rancheros, layered with corn tostadas, refried beans, fried eggs, ranchero sauce, pico de gallo, chipotle crema, avocado and cilantro, or the classic hash & eggs featuring corned beef hash, potatoes, peppers, onions and poached eggs. The Deuces Wild breakfast pairs pancakes or French toast with eggs, smoked bacon and sausage for a traditional start to the day.

Lunch and dinner selections continue the theme of elevated comfort. The STG shrimp cocktail presents bay shrimp over shredded lettuce with cocktail sauce and lemon, while the backyard burger offers a customizable combination of cheese, fresh toppings and a griddled potato bun. Entrées include the Cajun chicken pasta, combining blackened chicken, andouille sausage, penne, mushrooms, bacon and parmesan in a light cream sauce, and the Scottish salmon, served grilled with lemon butter sauce, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. To finish, the seasonal fruit cobbler with brown butter crumble and Lappert’s vanilla bean ice cream provides a warm, classic dessert.

With its blend of approachable dishes and refined design, STG Bar & Grill reflects Sam’s Town’s commitment to offering memorable dining experiences rooted in comfort, quality and style.

The addition of this new concept builds on the success of established Boyd Gaming gastropubs across the Valley, including Bailiwick All American Pub + Eatery at The Orleans Hotel & Casino90 Ninety Bar + Grill at the Suncoast Hotel & CasinoCharter 75 Modern Kitchen at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino and Tin Lizard Bar & Grill at our newest property, Cadence Crossing Casino. Each venue has helped raise the bar for approachable, high‑quality dining by pairing inventive menus with a vibrant, social atmosphere — an experience that continues to resonate strongly with guests.
