The city of Las Vegas invites the community to experience the Las Vegas Civic Center and City Hall through guided docent-led tours designed to highlight the art, architecture, history and purpose of these important civic spaces. Guests will explore a variety of public areas throughout the Civic Center campus, including rentable and programmable venues, public art installations, landscape and tree features, and unique architectural elements that help define the city of Las Vegas civic experience.

Tours offer an inside look at how the Civic Center serves as a gathering place for residents, visitors, artists, community organizations and public meetings. Participants can learn about:

  • Public art featured throughout the campus;
  • The architectural design and vision of the Civic Center and City Hall complex;
  • Outdoor gathering spaces and programmable areas;
  • Sustainability and landscape features, including desert-adapted trees and plantings;
  • Historic and cultural connections to downtown Las Vegas; and
  • Opportunities for community events, performances and civic engagement.

Tour Schedule

Guided tours are offered on the third Wednesday of each month at 1 p.m.

Tours are free and open to the public; advanced registration is encouraged as space may be limited.
