On Monday, June 9, The Venetian Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip opened a brand new food hall. Via Via Food Hall has seven dining spots and a “secret” speakeasy. It is located between the Grand Colonnade (hotel lobby) and Grand Lux Cafe.
Via Via Food Hall brings East and West Coast foodie hotspots direct to Las Vegas, including the legendary sandwich shop, All’Antico Vinaio. If you are craving Mexican food, B.S. Taqueria has you covered from the folks behind ¡Viva! at Resorts World.
The very popular Howlin’ Ray’s from Los Angeles is serving up Nashville-style hot chicken. Two New York eateries join the mix, Ivan Ramen is bringing their noodle dishes and small plates to Las Vegas, and from the Lower East Side, Scarr’s Pizza is serving slices with a focus on organic and all-natural ingredients.
New Orleans flavor can be found at Molly’s Rise and Shine and Turkey and the Wolf. Both are in the same spot, but they serve breakfast in the morning and sandwiches for the rest of the day.
Close Company is a speakeasy from the creators of Death & Co, one of the most influential bars of the modern craft cocktail movement. Look for a “secret” door next to a sign that says “Cocktails” (see photo below).
The Venetian Resort address: 3355 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas
