Palace Station announced the opening date of the highly anticipated restaurant, China Mama. Set to make its debut on, Friday, Dec. 6, the new location inside Palace Station will offer patrons an authentic and elevated Chinese dining experience, featuring delicacies derived from Cantonese, Szechuan, and Dongbei cuisine.
Under the direction of Executive Chef Bing Chou, who brings over 30 years of experience in Asian cuisine, China Mama at Palace Station will showcase the finest, seasonally focused ingredients, allowing their authentic flavors to shine. The extensive menu will feature signature dishes such as crispy beef, crispy pork with Mama’s special sauce, sliced fish fillet with pickled mustard, dry pepper chicken, and mapo tofu. Patrons will also be welcomed to indulge in Chef Chou’s specials like the spring salted egg yolk prawn, pork joint stewed with rock sugar, braised pork belly with small abalone, and the Chef’s Special Taro Duck.
The popular local eatery will also offer a wide variety of appetizers, soups, beef, lamb, pork, chicken, duck, fish, and shrimp dishes, as well as vegetarian options. Additionally, guests will be welcomed to indulge in handmade pastries such as pot stickers, steamed juice pork buns, and a selection of dumplings. Noodle and rice dishes, including the popular Mama Fried Rice and Mama Chow Main, will also be available. For those seeking a truly luxurious dining experience, China Mama will feature live seafood options and premium dishes like braised dried abalone, braised sea cucumber, and young coconut stewed bird’s nest.
