The construction walls are down and curtains are in place on two projects that have been taking place on the Las Vegas Strip for the past few months. Photos are posted below.
Caesars Palace High Limit Slot Room
In August, Caesars Palace Resort & Casino closed their High Limit Slot Room for a major remodel. A peek behind the curtains reveals a brighter and more modern space with new decorative features. It looks larger, but that may be deceiving because the gaming machines have not been put in place yet.
They have been using the WSOP Poker Room as a temporary space for High Limit Slots while construction took place. The Poker Room is scheduled to reopen when the High Limit Slot Room opens in the next couple of weeks.
New “Long” Bar at New York-New York
In August, New York-New York Hotel & Casino built a new hotel registration and boarded up the former area to build a new bar. This new unnamed bar is massive and should be called Long Bar, or something similar.
It has over 30 bar-top gaming machines and 9 large LCD televisions. It should be open within the next few weeks. New York-New York turned apples into apple juice with this new bar.
