On September 4, Suncoast Hotel & Casino opened a brand new Sportsbook, just in time for the 2024 football season. They cater to Las Vegas “locals” and are located in the upscale community of Summerlin, about 10-miles from the Las Vegas Strip.
The new Sportsbook is located in the former Suncoast Showroom space. It features massive stadium seating, a 1,700 square-foot video display, 4 live betting windows, 12 betting kiosk stations and a 55-foot Sports Bar with 18 bar top games.
The former Sportsbook will become a new bingo room, with the second floor bingo location becoming additional space for meetings and conferences.
Other changes coming in 2025-2026, include the current casino video poker bar being turned into a 70-seat Center Bar, as well as a remodeled hotel reception/front desk and the 64-lane bowling center will also be revamped.
In October 2023, we reported the Suncoast opened a new High Limit Gaming Room in a portion of the former Feast Buffet. The additional buffet space will become a new Food Hall.
The Suncoast is owned by Boyd Gaming, who in July announced they will build Cadence Crossing Casino in Henderson, replacing the Jokers Wild Casino on Boulder Highway.
