As his first venue within Caesars Palace, the celebrity chef’s new concept promises to bring innovative twists as well as mouthwatering classics to the resort’s vibrant food scene this summer.

Buddy V’s Pizzeria is redefining the traditional New York-style pizza experience with an extensive and varied menu that includes sandwiches, breakfast items and desserts. Guests can indulge in a selection of pizzas, authentic Jersey-style sandwiches, house-made mozzarella and delicious breakfast sandwich options. Additionally, the restaurant offers a variety of fan-favorite desserts.

Buddy V’s Pizzeria will be inside the Forum Food Hall of Caesars Palace, occupying DiFara Pizza’s former space. His current offerings at Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts include PizzaCake at Harrah’s Las Vegas and Buddy’s Jersey Eats and The Boss Café by Buddy Valastro at The LINQ Hotel + Experience.
