On Friday, January 19 Canteen Food Hall opened at the Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. This new six-stall food hall was built in the former Carnival World Buffet space, that never reopened after the Covid pandemic shutdown in March 2020. Guests order from kiosks. Where is the pizza? Menus
The Rio caters to Las Vegas “locals” as well as tourists. On October 2, 2023 Dreamscape took over operations of the property from Caesars Entertainment. The entire resort is currently undergoing a major remodel and transformation.
