Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino has added a brand new Friday Brunch. This is a new addition to their regular Saturday and Sunday Brunch, served from 10am to 2pm.
It features a three course menu, including favorites like French Toast à la Crème Brulée and Lobster Eggs Benedict. For $59 you choose one appetizer, entree and a dessert. The full menu is posted HERE.
