Following successful launches in Salt Lake City and Phoenix, Carver Road Hospitality is bringing its Flanker food and beverage concept to the Las Vegas Strip with the June 10th debut of Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.
It is located at the entrance to the Shoppes at Mandalay Place just steps from the walkway to Allegiant Stadium, the home of the Las Vegas Raiders and UNLV Rebels football games.
Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar combines Carver Road’s premier dining and drinking offerings in a highly-curated environment that measures 8,500-square-feet. It features a huge 30-by-9-foot LED viewing screen, and many smaller screens. They also have three private dining suites (accommodating 20, 40 or 60 guests), a karaoke suite for up to 20, and a 24-seat terrace.
Flanker’s extensive menu of elevated American fare features scratch burgers, sliders and shareable tacos, among other handheld favorites. A healthy selection of salads and bowls and weekend brunch items round out the offerings. MENU
The hours of operation will be Sunday to Thursday 11am-11pm, Friday and Saturday 11am-2am. During Football Season on Saturdays and Sundays they will open at 9am.
