On Monday, April 17 Cathédrale opened their doors to the public at the Aria Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. Their official website shows an opening date of May 1. We were passing by and the staff allowed us to take some exclusive photos. Thank you! This is a beautiful restaurant and bar.
Cathédrale Restaurant honors the legacy and DNA of the original, located in New York City. The Las Vegas location extends the spirit of that layered, urban decadence and grit while celebrating the architectural drama, grandeur, and decorative flourish inherent to the restaurant’s brand.
Cathédrale’s elemental, ingredient-driven menu, helmed by Tao Group Hospitality’s Chief Culinary Officer Ralph Scamardella and created by Executive Chef Jason Hall features coastal cuisine influenced by the regions of France, Spain, Italy and Greece.
