Brewdog opened to the public on Friday, December 2 with 360-degree views of the Las Vegas Strip. The two story 30,000 square foot bar features 96 taps of beer, including exclusive brews from the on-site microbrewery and a rotating line-up of top American guest breweries.
The food menu features chicken wings, lobster mac’n’ cheese, tacos, pizza, wagyu beef burgers, rib-eye steaks, seafood platters and more. Half of the menu is plant based.
BrewDog says the brewpub is the largest on the Las Vegas Strip and it is their largest location in the world. They are based in Ellon, Scotland and they have over 80 locations worldwide.
It is located in the Showcase Mall, above Target and Olive Garden. It is across Las Vegas Blvd from Park MGM.
