Caesars Palace Las Vegas is a hotel and casino that is located on the “Center” of the Las Vegas Strip. They have a Roman Empire theme. It has 3,960 rooms and suites in six towers. Caesars Palace opened on August 5th, 1966.
They have a very nice pool complex with seven unique pools, fitness center, spa & salon, wedding chapels, several stores and more. Caesars Palace is rated a AAA Four Diamond resort.
The Julius Tower at Caesars Palace is the original tower built in 1966. The Colosseum Tower opened in 1979, Palace Tower in 1998, Augustus Tower in 2005, Octavius Tower in 2012. The Nobu Hotel is a “Boutique” hotel in the former Centurion Tower of Caesars Palace that only has 181 luxury rooms that opened in 2011, and all rooms were remodeled in 2022.
The casino floor features some of the latest slot and video poker machines. They have several casino pits with all popular games offered, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, Baccarat, and more. They have several High Limit Gaming Salons and a very large Caesars Race & Sportsbook.
Caesars Palace is owned by Vici Properties and operated by Caesars Entertainment Corporation. They use the Caesars Rewards Players Card. Caesars Palace Las Vegas is the “flagship” property for this brand.

They also have the very popular Omnia Nightclub with an excellent view of the Las Vegas Strip. The Colosseum Theater has 4,300 seats and features top acts that have included Adele, Garth Brooks, Usher, Sting, Journey, Mariah Carey, Rod Stewart, The Who and others. Caesars Palace also has the very popular show Absinthe.
Caesars Palace is connected to the Forum Shops with some of the best top of the line stores and several restaurants. Caesars has beautiful fountains in the front of the casino.
Fun Fact: Lots of people come to Caesars Palace and want to stay in room 2452, the room featured in the movie “The Hangover.” It was inspired by parts of the Forum Classic Emperor Suite, but the room you see in the movie was just a set built for filming.
