Two restaurants at the Aria Resort & Casino in CityCenter on the Las Vegas Strip have closed. Sage by chef Shawn McClain will not reopen. It featured farm-to-table menus, plus handcrafted cocktails. It was located in the Aria Hotel lobby next to Catch. No replacement has been announced.
Five50 Pizza Bar also from chef Shawn McClain has also closed. Five50 Pizza Bar originally opened in 2013 with McClain’s spin on East Coast-style pizzas cooked at 550 degrees. It was located next to the BetMGM Race & Sports Book. It has been replaced with Moneyline Pizza & Bar, under MGM Resorts management. It is currently only open Friday and Saturday 5pm to 1am.
