New rules for boarding buses in Las Vegas during COVID-19 pandemic

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has started new boarding procedures to assist with social distancing.

In a statement the RTC said, “Effective immediately, passengers are required to board and exit all RTC buses through the rear doors. This will help with social distancing between riders and drivers. Front doors will be available to ADA riders using a mobility device or those who may need assistance with boarding the bus.”

RTC Bus routes are all running on the Sunday schedule everyday. The SDX, CX and WAX routes are not operating. For travelers going up and down the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown and both Outlet Malls, only the Deuce is still running.

From McCarran International Airport, Route 108 continues to run daily on a Sunday schedule.  Current routes and times can be found on the RTC website HERE.
