Easter is usually a very busy time in Las Vegas. Not this year due to this national crisis. There were several families riding bikes, people taking a walk with their dogs, a few photographers and a very heavy Metro Police presence. All escalators remain off, but elevators are still operating. The overhead walkways remain virtually deserted, but the cleaners remain hard at work.
All the casinos and resorts have barricades in place to prevent vehicles and people from entering their properties. Only the Deuce RTC Bus is operating with entry through the rear door and a 6-foot separation policy in place.
On the Las Vegas Strip there are a few restaurants to grab food to-go, including:
- Buffalo Wild Wings and Pampas Brazilian Grille in the Miracle Mile Shops
- Capital Grille at the Fashion Show Mall
- Mastro’s Ocean Club at the Shops at Crystals
- The Palm at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace
- Yama Sushi at 3049 Las Vegas Blvd
- Ben & Jerry’s at the Grand Bazaar Shops
