Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. It is located east of the Las Vegas Strip on Paradise Road, close to the Thomas and Mack Arena, UNLV and Harry Reid International Airport.
It opened in March 1995 as the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and became Virgin Hotels Las Vegas on March 25, 2021. It is owned by JC Hospitality and Virgin Group, and the theme is modern desert.
The hotel features 1,504 fully renovated rooms and suites in three buildings: the Canyon Tower, Opal Tower and the all-suite Ruby Tower. Standard rooms measure 460 square-feet and suites measure 900-4,950 square-feet.
All rooms come with a Patented Lounge Bed, 55″ TV, rain showerhead and organically sourced bath amenities.
The Pool Complex spans over 5-acres and is open seasonally. It includes Kassi Beach Club, that is a Mediterranean escape open Friday to Sunday with a soft sand beach, lush foliage and DJs for guests over 21 years of age.
They also have a Fitness Center, Business Center and two stores.
The casino has 60,000 square-feet of gaming space with over 550 slot, keno and video poker machines. There are 45 tables in the casino pit with all the popular games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Three Card Poker and more.
The Sportsbook is run by William Hill, and they use the Cherry Rewards loyalty card.

The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas features live concerts and seats 4,600 guests. They also have 24 Oxford, that is a live music venue that is open on select nights and The Event Lawn is used for outdoor concerts that can hold up to 1,800 guests.
They have 130,000 square-feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including the 28,512 square-foot Agave Hall.
Fun Fact: The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas was originally known as The Joint when it was Hard Rock Hotel. Some notable performers have included Aerosmith, The Black Eyed Peas, David Bowie, Def Leppard, Guns N’ Roses, Journey, Kiss and the Scorpions.
