On Friday December 20th, Vesper Bar in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on the Strip reopened after a major remodel and it looks great. It is located on level one of the Chelsea Tower near the hotel front desk and reception. Vesper Bar is open daily 24/7. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is owned by the Blackstone Group.
