The Golden Nugget Laughlin is a hotel and casino that sits on the bank of the Colorado River, across from Bullhead City, Arizona. The casino opened in 1967 as the Nevada Club. In 1988 it became the Golden Nugget Laughlin, and the property received a major remodel and expansion. The theme is gold rush and tropical.

The 300-room hotel was added in 1992, and it has two wings – east and west. Standard rooms measure 323 square-feet and come with plush pillow top beds, work desk, Keurig coffee maker and mini-refrigerator.

The H20 Pool is open year-round and has a hot tub and cabanas. They also have a very nice gift shop.

They feature 34,000 square-feet of gaming space, with almost 700 slot, keno and video poker machines. The casino pit features all the popular table games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Pai Gow Poker and Three Card Poker.

They have a very nice Race & Sports Book, live keno and the 24K Select Club is their loyalty program.

Tip: The Golden Nugget Laughlin is owned by Landry’s, Inc., so all restaurants accept the Landry’s Select Club card.

Rush Lounge Tip: They have over 20 high-definition TVs and is a great place to watch sports. They also have DJ’s and other entertainment weekends.

Tip: Be sure to see “The Hand of Faith” that is on display in the hotel lobby. It is the world’s largest golden nugget, that weighs 61 lbs. 11 oz. This is free to view. (See photo below)

They have over 7,600 square-feet of flexible meeting and event space.

Fun Fact: The Golden Nugget Race & Sports Book is the only alternative to William Hill sports betting in Laughlin.

Fun Fact 2: The Gold Rush Villa at the Golden Nugget Laughlin is a 2,900 square-foot, 3-bedroom, 3-bath luxury suite. It features a full kitchen, private jacuzzi, bar and excellent views of the Colorado River.

They offer free valet and self-parking. Tip: The Golden Nugget has a dock for water taxis that operate seasonally.
