Arizona Charlie’s Decatur is a hotel and casino that caters to Las Vegas “locals”. It opened in 1988 and has a Old West/Northwest theme.

It is located 5 miles from the Fremont Street Experience and 7 miles from the center of the Las Vegas Strip. The sister property is Arizona Charlie’s Boulder, which is an 11-mile drive.

The hotel has 258 rooms and suites, with standard rooms measuring between 312-365 square-feet. They have an outdoor pool and hot tub (open seasonally) and gift shop.

Arizona Charlie’s Decatur has 55,227 square-feet of gaming space with over 700 slot and video poker machines. The casino pit has 10 table games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and Pai Gow Poker.

They have a 400-seat Bingo Hall with sessions daily from 9am-11pm (1am Fri/Sat), every odd hour and a William Hill Race & Sports Book. They are operated by Golden Entertainment and TRUE Rewards is their loyalty program.

Fun Fact: The casino’s namesake was “Arizona” Charlie Meadows, a legendary sharpshooter in Buffalo Bill’s Show and a distant relative of the original owners of Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, the Becker family.
